Laser Etching & Cutting - xTool S1 20W Diode Laser Machine

I recently purchased a xTool S1 20W Diode laser machine. As of August 2025 I am now able to offer Laser Etching, Engraving and Cutting of many types of materials.

With the addition of the S1 Laser to my equipment I am now able to offer the following services:

Custom etching and engraving such as cafe and restaurant table placings, awards, etc.
Engraving of hardwood timbers for branding your business or product range
Assist with product development; cut parts for use in a larger project, help design a part or bring an idea to life,
Prototype parts; often a part can be made from plywood or acrylic for testing prior to expensive metal fabrication,
Cut custom gaskets; do you require an automotive or hydraulic gasket that’s simply no longer available?
Custom signage, including back-lit light boxes, 3D acrylic lettering for signage,
Cutting and engraving of leather for craft projects, knife guards & pouches, etc.
Custom self adhesive labels – ie: xTool have a nice leather patch which can be engraved and features a 3M self-adhesive backing

In the S1’s current configuration, the maximum depth of an object is around 45mm. Working area on the X, Y axis is around 60cm x 40cm.

Custom signs designed and etched — same-day turnaround possible for local Adelaide Hills businesses. Ideal for advertising Sales and Specials, Table Menus, Way Finding signs and more. Small text and Barcodes can be etched; the laser producing a precise and legible result even on small text.

This material is a specially coated acrylic that etches to a Pearl White acrylic. It is water-proof and solvent resistant and should provide a long service life.
